It is important not to pick… ever! Wearing sunscreen is always important, but even more so after a facial. If possible, try to avoid sun exposure and/or tanning beds for 48 hours. Saunas, steam rooms, pools, spas, and intense activities that would cause sweating would best be done at least 24-48 hours after your facial.
